SLIME

Try out this FRIGHTFUL, vegetarian SLIME recipee that both kids and adults alike enjoy! This recipe is also dairy free, for you Vegan's out there!!! It's kind of like a custard/pudding texture, and tastes sinful...but isn't! :Þ A great Halloween treat kids love to help make! You can even add in some gummy worms!

Make this close to serving time, since the bananas will discolor if left out too long. Begin with chilled fruit.

3 kiwi fruit, peeled
1/2ts van extract
2lbs (6 med) bananas
10.5 oz package of silken tofu
Cinnamon, cookie crumbs for garnish (optional)

*In blender, puree Kiwi. Set aside 1/3 of mixture and stir in vanilla extract. Add bananas and tofu to remaining kiwi. Blend until smooth. Serve in dessert dishes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cookie crumbs if desired. Slightly stir in rest of kiwi. ENJOY!!!

Pumpkin Bread

1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ tsp ground cloves
1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree
3 eggs
1 cup flour
2 tsps ground cinnamon
½ cup raisins
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
pinch of ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together with wooden spoon. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Test with knife, if the knife comes out clean the bread is done. If it is not done put back in oven for 10 minutes. Cool before removing from pan. Store in plastic bag.
